Description
- How do you want to Feel?
A playful retake on making New Year’s resolutions. Rather than make a list of things we want to do (or not do) throughout the year, we will be reframing the idea and looking instead at how we want to feel. And then mapping this out visually.
You will take home with you a vision board with your images, words and intentions that can help guide you through the year ahead, supporting you into deeper connection with yourself and the journey you want to be on at this time.
The simple act of exploring how we want to feel, rather than what we want to achieve, frees us up from having yet another To Do list in our lives. It can help us to better understand why it is we think we want to do those things, often we are seeking feeling a certain way: maybe more fulfilled, connected, relaxed, loved, respected, hopeful, peaceful, aligned….
Working visually then engages the right side of our brain, allowing our innate creativity to gently and playfully guide us into a vision for the future.
Held at the beautiful Bridge Farm Bristol. The wood burner will be warming us up, there will be hot drinks and homemade cake, plenty of time for sharing, and all materials are provided (although you are welcome to bring any materials you may want to add to your vision board).
